The blinker flasher module is number one in picture below. it is on the brake pedal bracket, below driver side dash.

Blinkers wont work. Flashers do. Where is the flasher located?

It's attached to a bracket on the right side of the frame that the brake pedal hangs from, however it is a combination flasher for both hazards and turn signals so it may not be your problem.

Actually, it's a relay. It should be located on the top of the steering column. I can't remember if it's in front or behind the Hazard light switch.
To take off the plastic cover, you will need a long Phillips screwdriver. Under the lower plastic cover (ignition key), there should be three holes under there. Either 2 up front and on in back, or vise-versa. Loosen all three screws, and pull the top cover up (you may have to pull a little hard, or use a flat head screwdriver to pop the plastic, but be careful, you don't want to scratch it up).
Once you have the top cover off, look for the relay.
