Heating blower motor

How do I know my hvac blower motor is going out? I replaced fuses and the relay.

Not sure if you fixed this yet.

Do you not have any airflow coming out of the vents?

Best way to see if the motor is okay is to disconnect the electrical plug and check for voltage. I you have voltage to the plug then remove motor from car and put in vise and put 12v to plug to see if motor spins or if you have enough room put 12v to the motor plug still inside the car.
