When it doesn't work, do any of the lights come on?

No inside turn signal lights come on or outside either

It sounds like the switch itself is bad. I would check that first.

Sometimes I hear a buzzing sound when I turn on signal light and it doesnt work

Is the buzzing coming from the switch or under the dash?

Try replacing the flasher. It could be the problem.

Let me know what you find. The flasher is a cheap part.
