On my 2003 Jeep Cherokee I lost the bolt that goes into the Crankshaft Sensor. Do you know by any chance the size of this bolt? I know I used a 11mm socket

JUST A THOUGHT TO MAYBE MAKE YOUR DAY GO FASTER

HOPE YOU DIDN'T DROP IT DOWN THE HOLE!

A STRONG MAGNET, MAGNET ON A "STICK" OR TELESCOPIC HANDLE. OR A MIRROR MIGHT HELP YOU FIND THE OLD ONE

MANY OF THE BOLTS ON NEWER ENGINES ARE THE SAME THREAD SIZE.

THE LENGTHS MAY VARY. SORTA GOT TO REMEMBER, OR USE YOUR BEST JUDGEMENT!

KINDA SEARCH YOUR ENGINE OVER FOR A MAYBE "LESS IMPORTANT" BOLT--LIKE SOMETHING ON A BRACKET. NOT A COMPONENT, THAT DOESN'T NEED TO MOVE, OR MAYBE COULD LEAK.

SEE IF IT FITS YOUR MISSING ONES SLOT

IF IT DOES--YOU MIGHT TAKE IT TO A AUTO PARTS STORE AND SEARCH FOR A LIKE BOLT. AROUND HERE A "FASTENER" SHOP SPECIALIZING IN NUTS, BOLTS, ETC MIGHT BE ANOTHER SOURCE. LAST RESORT, MAYBE A AUTO SALVAGE YARD?

HOPE THIS HELPS

THE MEDIC
