Remove two screws that are held in with Lock Tite. The heads strip out easily so be sure to use the proper Torx bit.

What is the symptom or problem? Automatic idle speed motors rarely fail. People replace them all the time thinking they're going to solve a problem, then they're surprised when the problem is still there.
