3. Remove the caliper and suspend it aside with a piece of wire. Do NOT disconnect the fluid line.
4. Remove the rotor.
5. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.

Not quite that easy, unlike most vehicles where you can just take off the wheel, remove the calipers with brakes, and just slide the rotor off. The pathfinder's have the hub and rotor connected so you have to take them both off to replace the rotor. Therefore you have to repack your bearings. I suggest getting a haynes or chilton's repair manual. Not a difficult process, just more intensive than the traditional car.
