2000 Ford Mustang WON'T START

TRIED TO START VEHICLE AND NO START. MECHANIC TESTED AND SAID FUEL PUMP. PUMP REPAIRED AND STILL WON'T START. THEFT LIGHT FLASHING. HAS AFTERMARKET ALARM SYSTEM. HAVE TRIED TO USE VALET SWITCH AND STILL NO START. MECHANIC SAID GETTING FUEL TO ENGINE. WHAT COULD IT BE? I ONLY HAVE ONE KEY. IT WAS THE ONLY ONE I GOT WHEN I BOUGHT IT OF A NON-FORD DEALER.

Sounds like the theft system has activated, with out knowing the system or seeing a wiring diagram I am not sure where to start, sound as if the system has cut the ignition signal, you may have to get an auto electrician to trace the wiring back to where it is spliced into the main loom, this is where I would start, but with out being able to see this first hand, I am working blind.
