I have a 2000 f-350. Everything is new from metal line on frame rail to rotors on rear. Brakes are sticking on rear, first right rear now both. I've tried everything.

Sounds like the rear hoses are bad and not letting fluid come back.

All rubber hoses, metal lines, calipers, rotors, slide pins and pads are new.

Well theres a way to check this, take to bleeder lose on 1 of the calipers and see if it compresses, if it goes in then you have a pluged line, whare I cant tell you, now if it dont go in then its got a bad caliper even if its new.
