2000 Ford Explorer Brake fade

When driving and I apply brakes the pedal fades and Best described as a clicking vibration sound. I have have changed both front and rear disk brakes. Brake fluid levels are OK and I not seen any leaks.

Since you have brake fade something is definitely wrong in the brakes. One of the new pads maybe binding

You need to check them all and if one is binding you'll see marks on the rotor and/or pad. Repairing depends on the problem. If the pad is binding it could be a sticking caliper or improper or bad hardware in the pad slides
