2000 Dakota V6. Truck was chewing belts, replaced balancer pulley was told it was bent. Was better but after awhile belt would start squeeling. Replaced power steering pump, belt tensioner, idler pulley, and numerous belts, always replaced with quality belts. After putting on new belt it is quiet for about a few hundred miles but eventually it will always start squeeling again. Does not chew belts anymore but is very noisy.

You sure the squealing is not coming from a loose belt, the AC compressor and Alternator?
