When driving down the road car will be going strait then all of the sudden the car will jerk to the right and I have to hold the wheel hard left to keep it going strait and the car swerves or feels like it floats around dangerously. The car had the same problem but worse before when I stepped on the gas the car would swerve to one side and when I let off it would swerve to the other side felt out of control. Replaced struts took it to a shop, diagnosis left and right lower control arms. Replaced both of them now car does not seem to swerve to one side when I accelerate and the other when I decelerate but goes strait then sometimes suddenly jerks right and feels floaty, dangerous etc. Like I described above. The motor and trans mounts look good the sway bar bushings look good. What else can cause this? The rack&pinion? Everything I see online says lower control arms and those have been replaced.
