how do you adjust the camber settings for a 2000 silverado?

Cam bolts on the front and back of both upper control arms. First you have to remove the control arm and use a punch-out tool to slot the mounting holes. GM couldn't be bothered to make their trucks adjustable on the assembly line. Until you slot the holes, turning the cams will just wreck them.
