THE SOUND IS A QUICK CHIRPING SOUND WHEN TURNING TO THE RIGHT

I have a 2000 Chevy Impala LS WITH 3.8 Engine Problem when turning steering wheel to the right the car make a chirping sound. Thing I all ready try I change hub bearing cv axles and check all front end parts still same thing. Stop by dealer and they say it was transmission I took it to the transmission shop and they was clueless to what it was never heard that sound before can u please help me out. The sound is a quick chirping sound when turning to the right help please

Sounds like a belt noise. Get some belt dressing then roadtest.
