On and off [very intermittently] over the last year, my car sometimes seems to rock back and forth and shake at stop lights or low idle. I switched it off and back on yesterday but it still shook. It doesn't actually stall but feels like it wants to.
This happened about four more times on the 11Km trip. My mechanic said not to drive it until I have it looked at, however, my pension won't stretch to that at this time. Have 50 plus years electronics experience. Anything obvious worth checking? Hoping it isn't the dreaded throttle module problem.
Love the car otherwise and it is my 7th Volvo since 1974 with a 6 year break. Other than the leather door trims coming away due to the Australian heat, the car is practically immaculate.
