Hello. I have a 1999 VW Jetta GLX, with the VR6. I loosened the two motor mounts and jacked up the engine for room to remove the water pump. After the install, the car turns over fine, but does not start. No fuel pump noise, no power to the #18 fuse, and the fuse is good. I cannot detect power in the fuel pump relay location, but I may not be checking it correctly. Check Engine light comes on when cranking. I ran separate grounds from the engine block to the negative battery post, and still nothing. Car ran excellent before. Help, please! Thank you.
