Car runs rough for a few seconds on cold startup
1999 PONTIAC GRAND AM
Car runs rough for a few seconds on cold startup. Uses a little antifreeze after a couple of weeks. Could it be a head gasket and is there an additive I could add to the coolant to seal the gasket?

No additives for the head gasket and yes, I believe it is an issue. Have a leak down test performed to confirm the head gasket.
