I have a 1999 Oldsmobile Alero that keeps blowing the a/c compressor, body function control module fuse. Which then cuts off the cooling fans for the engine. Once the car is running if you replace the fuse the fans kick on and stay on until you shut off the engine. It then, blows the fuse again and the fans won"t turn back on until you replace the fuse again. Also, just turning on the a/c blows the fuse instantly. Where should I begin with diagnosing the problem?
