1999 MAZDA PROTEGE
My instrument panel isnt getting power everything else is working all other electronics are working, replaced all fuses and the main fuse got a new battery it cranks but wont start
have the same problem?

How do you know everything else is working if the car does not run?
Start with fuel pressure test.
The cluster may have failed for the dash issue
