No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, coil's resistances, cap and rotor /distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, ECM, Ignitor camshaft and crankshaft sensors- Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it

1999 Galloper II. The ignision fails, there is no spark to the distributor, 12 V is ok, coil is ok, the power transistor module is ok, the ignition pulse from the computer comes out. Can be pick-up coil failure?

Ive already found no spark at the plugs. Ive replaced the coil pack, plugs, wires, still no spark. Ive attached my Code Reader, it was not able to link up. Ive turned the key to the run position and all the lights on the dash come on except the Check Engine light.

Yes you are correct on that with the timing belt
It sounds so much like a bad crank sensor !
Scan it for codes and check pending codes too
use an ohm meter and check coil
check relays
again you have no spark after it stalls on you?
Fuel?
