GOT A LEAKING METAL RADIATOR HOSE. HOW DO I GO ABOUT REAPAIRING IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE?

Not a whole lot of info here.
If it is the one in the lower hose, it is secured by the lower hose on both sides. The pipe is secured by 1 bolt to the block.
