When I start my 1999 Ford Taurus FFV with 132000 miles on it, it stalls really bad to were it almost dies and does this till it warms up. Even while driving. It will idle at 800-900 rpms, but will almost die then shoot up yo 1,500 rpm and acts like it is stalling out. It only does this when first started/driving until the engine warms up. Its only getting worse now that the weather is cooling down. It is also not kicking a code or turning the "check engine" light on.

You probably have a bad Idle Air Control Valve, IACV.
You can go to any Advance Auto or Auto Zone and they will check the codes for free.
