Revs up when I shift and when idles I changed the idle control sensor it does it more when it rains and when I shift it never goes over 3000 rpms and the check engine light is off I tried everything I really need your help with this problem

Have you checked for vacuum leaks?

You have two ways to check vacuum. If you have a vacuum gauge, simply attach it to a vacuum supply on the engine. It should read around 17lbs at an idle.

Also, you can spray carb cleaner on and around the vacuum hoses and the intake. If there is a leak, the engine's RPM's will increase. Just be careful. Carb cleaner is flamable and can catch fire. Have a fire extinguisher near by.
