I bought a brand new battery, starter, and solonoid is a year old and still go turn the key and lights dim and hear on click so I pulled battery, starter out and had tested twice at two different car part stores and came back good parts, I even found ground block and cleaned it off and I am so lost what it could be? And this truck has been sitting for 6 months trying to figure out what is wrong even back then the starter was new and bought a junkyard battery which lasted 3 cranks and even started then but the battery went bad of course from a junk yard

Check the sarter relay that eh battery connects to or in fuse box underhood.
