HEATER PROBLEM

I have a 99 ford f150 and when you are sitting still the heat is warm, but as you drive down the road it gets colder. When the motor is hot, the top radiator hose is hot, but the bottom one is cold. Also, one of the heater hoses is cold also. I replaced the thermostat, so what could be the problem?

If the thermostat is new, next you need to isolate heater core and flush
