My check engine light has stayed on due to me having to remove the back catalytic converters, because the honey-comb material on the inside was blown into my exhaust muffler causing it to overheat. If I replace the converters with new ones, will my check engine light go out? The code reads lean in bank two & I've already replaced the O2 sensors.

The sensors were not the issue

low fuel pressure, vacuum leaks, mass air flow or pcv are the most common issues with 171,174
