I do not have power at the heater control or blower motor. I do have power on both sides of the fuse and have checked relays at fuse box and under hood. I have removed the heater control out of the dash and checked for power with a test light on the back of plug it has no power. I can hotwire the blower motor and it works. I saw that in other responses to questions you mentioned that the dodges' are wired backwards and you e-mailed schematics to them. I was hoping you would be able to do the same for me.

Here is schematic, use grounding end of test light on wire then ground out probe to activate. Check ground on dash where arrow is.
