My truck just blows cold air and I was was wondering if it could have a blown fuse or relay that controls the AC to Heat. Whenever I turn the **** to heat I don't hear anything switch over. Could it be that or maybe a bad acuator motor?

Yes it could check yoru heater hoses to see if both are about the same temp when hot. Then check the actuators in the hvac unit.
