I have replaced calibers, booster, master cylinder, brake hoses on my 99 Chevy Silverado and can still hear a growl or click sound and feel vibration in pedal. What could be wrong?

The rotors will have a warp problem, check this out, normally a light re face will true them up, also check for any wheel bearing slop, start here.

Your noise may be the intermediate steering shaft as there was some problem with clicking noises attributed to those. I tmay only apparent while braking or turning.
