Why won't my car start?

Replaced battery and starter. Traced wires back and found no damage. When key is turned to on position everything comes on, it just will not start.

We need to make sure that your battery has the voltage it should. I know you just replaced it but you could have gotten a bad one. You need to find out what the voltage of the battery is. You can do this with a voltmeter if you have one. If you don't you can get one from most any auto parts store. Let me know what it is and I can help you more.
Also, be sure that your battery cable connections are clean and tight.
