1999 Chevy Cavalier gas not getting to the injectors

I have a 1999 chevy cavalier, its not getting gas to the fuel injectors, checked the fuel pump and timing chain is both ok, it cranks but wont start. Its like it cant get to the injectors

Check if the injectors are pulsing

No its not even getting to the injectors or the schader test valve, but the fuel pump is working, soo im kinda lost, like a censor is out and cant tell it when to send the gas

Fuel pump is working no fuel pressure at the fuel rail best double check the fuel pump and fuel filter
