CAR WILL START IF YOU DO NOT WAIT ON THE LIGHTS ...

Car will start if you do not wait on the lights to go out on the dash. (Dash lights: engine, etc, the "run through" check system when turning ignition over on Catera) once started the car dies after two seconds (right after the lights on the dash go out). Also when started, during these two seconds, the accelerator pedal will not operate the throttle body. Can do this over an over but car will not stay running. Have checked fuel pump - works, have changed out the computer, have changed out the MAF, and replaced melted wire from map sensor, replaced throttle body, purchased crank position sensor from dealer and replaced. When engine dies the computer shows no codes!
