Hi I have a 1999 BMW M3. I am having trouble starting the car. I checked the fuses and #7 was blown. I bought a replacement, but as soon as I put it in, it blew before I had a chance to start the car.

I looked though the ETM for the car and that fuse is for Door Lock Heating, Central Locking, Electrical Convertible Top.

Any tips ideas as to where I can look or what I can test to find the short circuit? I don't know how to read the circuit diagrams on the ETM.

Do you
have the same problem?

Finding a short circuit is not an easy task-your best bet here is to bring it in to the pros-You might end up making it worst than it is-
