1998 PLYMOUTH VOYAGER
Why is the system not giving a signal to the relay for the radiator fans to turn on. I've already put a new relay and my radiator fans are still not coming on.

Check ground on left front framerail, then check fuse in power dist center, finally check tosee if relay is getting signal from pcm
