Where are the relays for the heated seats located on a 1998 Blazer?

1998 Blazer Heated Seats don't work.

Check heat and cruise fuses,also the ground at right rear body corner

Where are the heated seat relays located?

It doesn't have a relay otherwise I'll give to you-best check what I've suggested-
