code 0433, what is this? And I get out of the van and a strong odor of gasoline. I dont see anything leaking.

here is the code def....
P0433 – Heated Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2)
Now, since you have a strong oder of gas you will need to check fuel pressure. Pressure should be 35 - 45 psi with key on engine off. Check out link below for test proceedure....
