I have 1998 F-250,5.4 Triton gasoline engine, I am getting motor oil in my coolant sys. I changed the radiator with no success.

Unless your engine has a remote oil cooler, the radiator would have no effect on that. I'm afraid it doesn't look good for that engine. A cracked head is probably the most likely cause.
