The low beam on my headlights just stopped working

1998 FORD EXPEDITION
In my 1998 Ford Expedition the low beam on both headlights are not coming on, but the high beams are, is it possible that both burned out at the same time?
have the same problem?

Have you checked all the fuses?Do you have a multimeter to do some testing?
