The belt that runs the aircon pulley and drive belt has snapped off and my aircon pulley has seezed and will no longer spin freely, I was wondering if you can still drive by only attaching a new belt around the top pulley (drive pulley) above the aircon pulley and leaving the aircon pulley out?

If you can find a belt that will do that sure. You could also replace the clutch for the a/c and use the correct belt.
