Check battery for condition including load test autoparts/tires stores do for free. Then check fuses and relay underhood

Check asd relay with a like relay and check feulpressure with a guage 44-54 psi. Then do this
CHECK THE TPS FOR 5 VOLTS, IF IT DOES NOT HAVE IT, UNPLUG THE CRANK SENSOR AND RECHECK, IF 5 VOLTS PRESENT, RECHECK THE PCM COMMUNICATION, IF THERE REPLACE THE CRANK SENSOR

I THOUGHT IT SAID IT WUDDN'T TURN OVER???
TO ME, THAT MEANS THE CRANKSHAFT DOES NOT MOVE WHEN YOU TURN IT TO "START" WITH THE KEY
...........OR IN THE CASE WITH MY '46, MY, AT THE TIME, 10 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AIN'T STARTED CRANKIN' YET
