dome light

why wont my dome light shutt off? i replaced lamb base but still wont shut off.

They have 2 different issues with these. When you get a door ajar light, it's usually a bad door jam switch in one of the door latches that can be freed up with penetrating oil.
Since that light is not coming in, you could be having a problem with the lighting control module.
