Random starter and fan failure

My 97 ford probe GT starts and runs great for awhile, but then as I'm driving my heater/AC/vent fan will stop blowing. After this has happened my car will no longer start, not even a click as if my battery is completely dead, but lights and stereo still have power. And there isnt one thing im doing in my car all the times this happens. I could be at a stop sign, driving down the road, or parked.

When I bought the car it already had a "push to start" ignition button installed (only starts with key turned) I want to think that (or its installation) has alot to do with it but that doesnt explain the fan or how its tied to my ignition problem.

Well my question is at what point does the solonoids power and my fans power converge? Does it seem like engine heat is messing with my power?

What can I do to fix this, I can't afford a car electrical systems specialist.

Do you
have the same problem?

Check and test both the ignition switch and the push to start button-
