I'm experiencing a lack of power and misfiring at any speed above idle.
I have replaced the plugs, boots, throttle position sensor, IAT sensor, and checked visually the catalytic converter.
The fuel pressure is 40lbs. At the rail. It shows no trouble codes.
What am I missing?

Try cleaning the MAF sensor and see what happens-

I already did, wasn't showing any contamination. Pulled exhaust off of manifold thus taking catalytic converter out of system. It is still misfiring and running extremely rough. Can you think of anything else to try?

Could be the EGR and PCV valve. Go to this link: http://www.2carpros.com/articles/engine-misfires-or-runs-rough
