My problem is as my truck gets up to operating temperature, the temperature gauge goees to red, and I can notice that the oil gauge goes up a little bit, not much, some, it starts to run badly, no power at all, I can pull over and shut it off for a few minutes, start it again and its normal for a few miles, then the same thing, I also checked the coolent hoses and therr rock hard, oil looks good too? Not to sure what is going on, if you can give me some pointers that would be great, and thank you!

Do you
have the same problem?

Check to see if you have a bad thermostat. Chec radiator for cold spots and hav ecoolant system pressure checked for internal leaks.
