Where do I start to check to see what is wrong.
1997 FORD EXPLORER
Where do I start to check to see what is wrong with heater in truck? Where is valve located? Do I need to make sure coolant is in truck.?

Make sure the coolant is full and then check blend air door (near heater core) for operation.
