97 Ford Escort Wagon 2.0 SPI Over heated and lost compression in cylinders 3 & 4. 145,000 miles. Found blown head gasket between cyl 3 & 4. Head meets flatness minimum (.006"). Don't see any loose valve seats. Should I put in rebuilt head or would it make sense to use old head since it's within flatness spec and doesn't appear to have other problems? Piston #4 also chipped due to water in cylinder I think so have to replace that also. Any advice on the head?
