1997 Chevy 1500 5.7 V-8
I have that notorius misfire problem. It doesn't misfire when @ idle. Usually at 60 or 70mph. It's been to the dealership 3 times now with no results. I have replaced plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. I have also ran fuel injector cleaner through it. Just bought a new ignition control module. Still misfiring. Any ideas?

I forgot to add that it doesn't do it all of the time. It is very inconsistent. With that beign said, do you still think it could be a fuel pressure problem

Misfires can be cause by multile things, low fuel ressure, vacuum leaks, ignition or compression problems as well as injector problems. Check fuel pressure, even a coupleo f psi off will cause this and get choke cleaner and spray around intake for leaks.
