1996 TOYOTA CAMRY A/C NOT BLOWING

The A/C in my '96 Camry just stopped blowing. When I tried turning the A/C on I could hear some air flow but I realized it wasn't blowing from the upper vents, but it was blowing from the defroster vents. When I turned the A/C up all the way I could hear the sound of stronger air flow but still not from the vents. I switched from recirculating air to fresh air and still the same thing. Please shed light upon this issue. Thank you

Check to see if your air outlet motor is working or connected. You need to remove lower finish panel andair duct to see it on pass side.
