I have a 1996 Toyota Camry 2.2 L with 180,000 miles. I have both P1300 and P0340 codes. After the car has been off for more than a couple of hours, and more apparent during warm weather (>70 F) it will start for a few seconds then the RMS's drop to zero and the car won't start. Eventually after 30 to 40 attempts it will eventually stay on and drives well. My mechanic already changed the igniter and now he wants to charge the crank shaft sensor.
have the same problem?
