does the brake caliper screw back cause im having trouble with it wont go back into place

Front or rear? For front you would need a G-Clamp to push the piston back in. If it is very stiff and requires effort to push it back in, the piston requires servicing/replcement.
For rear you would need to turn it clockwise and push at the same time to get it back in.
