1996 Honda Accord noise

When I jacked up only both front wheels I hear noise, for 3 second and goes away, coming from the engine after put it in gear and letting go the brake pedal.

More info needed what does it sound like, in what area does it sound like it is coming from.

It sounds like something was locked and released suddenly (squeaky sound). For me the sounds comes from the back of the engine. Before replaced the transmission it was making the same sound. So far I replaced the transmission brake rotors and pads, wheel bearing both and rebuild the calipers. Other thing the front engine mount is shot I could not check the back hydraulic engine mount

You may want to take the vehicle to a repair shop to pin point the noise, did you inspect your fly wheel while you had the trans out.

Yes I did the flex plate and the torque converter was not damaged. And the noise happens not all the time. Does a bad engine mount could make that noise?

Excuse me for butting in. The car probably has anti-lock brakes and you're hearing it activate or run the pump.

No the car does not have ABS.

Is the noise coming from the side of the engine that the harmonic balancer is on, or the side the transmission is on.

The transmission mount is good however I good not see the rear engine mount it s hydraulic. Does a hydraulic engine mount can mahes noise and how can I check it?
